As a valued member of our team, reporting directly to the Chief Information and Technology Officer (CITO), you will collaborate closely with a dynamic group of Information and Technology professionals.

What You’ll Do

You’ll act with integrity to:

  • Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in a non-partisan support role.

  • Exercise judgement, tact and discretion while providing services in a sensitive political work environment.

You’ll support our collaboration as you:

  • Provide administrative support to the CITO, and the division branches including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and preparing expense claims, and coordinate travel arrangements for division staff.

  •  Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications; act as reception and responds to general inquiries, redirecting as required.

  • Assist with procurement of office supplies, technology equipment, including vendor communication and order tracking.

  • Process invoices and reconcile expenditures, as well as maintain and division documents.

  • Maintain and organize division documents, including project files, contracts, and technical manuals, as well as update and manage databases ensuring accuracy and integrity.

  • Prepare confidential reports for senior management and Members and assist with special projects, including research, documentation and coordinating team members.

How You Qualify

You demonstrate excellence through your:

  • Completion of some post-secondary education or training, equivalent to 1 year of college.

  • 1 to 3 year’s administrative experience in a corporate environment.

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, and ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to be a self-starter, with strong organizational skills; able to multi-task and work under tight timeframes.
